Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) a traditional medicine that has flavonoid compounds reduce Xanthine Oxidase Inhibitors which acid levels.Objective: Septic model rats generated lipopolysaccharide were used test effects of sambiloto leaf extract on serum (LPS).Methods: This study was experimental employing 25 split into 5 groups post-test alone control group: healthy standard feed (HC), negative LPS injection(NC), Treatment (T)1 (A.Paniculata 200 mg/kgBW+LPS), T2(A.paniculata 400 T3(A.paniculata 500mg/kgBW+ LPS).
